This policy explains what personal information TemplateDesignr (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit templatedesignr.xyz or buy from us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it short and only collect what we need to run the store.

Information we collect

When you buy a product

Your name and email address, so we can deliver your files and send your order confirmation.
Order details: the product you bought, the amount paid, the date, and an order reference.

Payments are handled by Whop, our payment partner. You enter your card or payment details directly into Whop’s secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number or bank details. Whop sends us a confirmation that the payment went through, along with your name, email and order details.

When you contact us

If you email us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply and help with your order.

When you browse the site

Technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you visit. Our hosting provider records this in standard server logs, which are used for security and to keep the site running.
Cookies. We use a small number of cookies that the site needs to work, for example to remember your cookie choices and to keep you signed in if you are a site administrator. When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or reject any non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time.
Analytics. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are visited, where people click and scroll, and where they get stuck. Clarity records anonymised usage data and may capture session replays; it masks text you type into forms. Clarity only stores analytics cookies on your device if you accept them in the cookie banner.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

How we use your information

To process your order and email you your download links.
To provide customer support, handle refunds and resend files.
To prevent fraud and keep the site secure, including blocking repeated failed login attempts.
To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
To send you news about new packs, only if you have agreed to receive it. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.

Legal basis

We process your information because it is needed to perform our contract with you (delivering what you bought), because we have a legitimate interest in running a secure store and supporting customers, because the law requires it (for example, keeping sales records), or because you have given consent (for example, to marketing emails or non-essential cookies).

Who we share it with

We only share your information with service providers who help us run the store, and only what they need:

Whop, to process payments, refunds and fraud checks. Whop’s own privacy policy applies to the information you give them at checkout.
Our web hosting and email providers, to host the website and send your delivery emails.
Microsoft Clarity, to provide website analytics. Microsoft’s privacy statement applies to the data it processes.
Authorities, if the law requires us to.

Some of these providers may store data outside your country. When that happens, we rely on them to protect it with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Order records: for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes, usually up to 7 years.
Support emails: up to 2 years after your last message.
Server logs: kept for a short period by our host, typically a few weeks.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under US state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), and the EU and UK GDPR, you may have the right to:

Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
Ask us to delete your information, unless we must keep it by law.
Object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw consent you gave earlier.
Not be discriminated against for using any of these rights.
Complain to your state attorney general or local data protection authority.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law.

Security

The whole site runs over HTTPS, payments are handled by Whop’s secure checkout, and access to our systems is limited and protected. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

Our store is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and never from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
