Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of templatedesignr.xyz (the “Site”) and your purchase of digital products from TemplateDesignr (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract. If you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for that business.

2. Our products

We sell digital products: editable Canva templates, AI prompt packs delivered as PDF files, and bundles of these. No physical goods are shipped. Product pages describe what each pack contains, its format and the tools it is made for. Screenshots and previews are representative; your final designs will depend on your own photos, text and settings.

Canva templates require a Canva account. Some AI prompt packs are designed for third-party tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Flux or Ideogram, which may require their own paid subscriptions. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Canva or any AI tool provider, and we are not responsible for changes to their services.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Whop, under Whop’s own terms. By purchasing, you authorize the charge to your chosen payment method. You are responsible for any taxes, currency conversion or bank fees that apply to your purchase. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order you have already paid for.

We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, a pricing error, or a breach of these Terms. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

4. Delivery

After your payment is confirmed, we email your download and access links to the address you used at checkout, usually within minutes. If you do not receive them within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then contact us at hello@templatedesignr.xyz. Please keep your delivery email: the links in it are how you access your purchase.

5. Your license

When you buy a product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use it under these Terms and the License page, which forms part of these Terms. In short:

• You can use the templates and prompts to create content for your own brand and for clients, including content used in paid advertising and print.
• You cannot resell, share, sublicense, give away or republish the templates, template links or prompt files themselves, in whole or in part, or include them in a product that competes with ours, such as another template or prompt pack.

All products remain our intellectual property. We may end your license if you break these terms; if that happens you must stop using the product and delete your copies.

6. Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. AI tools and results

AI tools change often and can produce different results each time they are used. We do not guarantee any specific output, result, ranking, engagement, follower growth or sales from using our prompts or templates. You are responsible for reviewing anything you create before you publish it, including checking that it is accurate, appropriate, and does not infringe anyone else’s rights or break any platform’s rules.

8. Your content

You keep all rights to the photos, text, logos and other material you add to our templates. You confirm you have the right to use that material.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, interfering with its operation, scraping or bulk-downloading our content, sharing your download links publicly, or using our products to create content that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful or that infringes the rights of others.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, except those that cannot be excluded by law. This does not affect the remedies described in our Refund Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or from content you create and publish using our products.

13. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first so we can fix it or refund you under our Refund Policy. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your access to purchased products while the dispute is reviewed.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that we cannot resolve informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of the place where you live, and nothing in these Terms takes those rights away.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. We will change the date at the top of this page when we make updates.

16. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the License, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and our products.
