Refund policy

We want you to be happy with every pack you buy from TemplateDesignr. Because our products are digital files that are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, this policy explains when we can offer a refund and how to ask for one.

Our promise

If something you bought does not work or is not what the product page described, we will fix it or refund you. Most issues are solved within one business day, so please contact us first. We are on your side.

When you are eligible for a refund

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

• You never received your files. Your delivery email did not arrive, or a download link does not open, and we cannot resolve it within 3 business days of you contacting us.
• The product is faulty. A Canva template link is broken, a PDF is corrupted or incomplete, or files are missing.
• The product is materially different from its description. For example, a pack advertised with 300 prompts contains far fewer, or a template pack is in a different format from the one listed.
• You were charged twice for the same product, or bought a single pack and then a bundle that includes it within 7 days. In that case we refund the single pack.

When we cannot offer a refund

Because digital products can be downloaded and kept, we cannot refund purchases where:

• You changed your mind after accessing or downloading the files.
• You bought the wrong pack by mistake and have already opened it. If you have not opened it yet, write to us and we will usually swap it for another pack of the same or lower price.
• The results you get from an AI tool differ from what you expected. AI tools change often and produce different results each time; the prompts themselves are what you are buying.
• You need Canva Pro features or a paid AI tool subscription that you do not have. Requirements are listed on each product page.
• More than 14 days have passed since your purchase.

Bundles

Bundles are refunded as one product. If only some packs in a bundle have a problem, we will fix or replace those packs. If we cannot, we will offer a partial refund based on the share of the bundle affected.

How to request a refund

1. Email us at hello@templatedesignr.xyz from the address you used at checkout.
2. Include your order reference (it is in your delivery email), the product name, and a short description of the problem. A screenshot helps.
3. We reply within 2 business days. If we can fix the problem, we will. If a refund is due, we approve it and confirm by email.

How refunds are paid

Payments on TemplateDesignr are processed by our payment partner, Whop. Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method through Whop. Depending on your bank or card provider, the money can take 5 to 10 business days to appear. We cannot refund to a different card, account or payment method.

When a refund is issued, your license for that product ends. Please delete the files and any copies of the templates from your Canva account.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can almost always resolve the problem faster. If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first, we may suspend access to future purchases while it is reviewed.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country you live in. Where the law gives you a right to a refund or replacement for faulty digital content, that right applies in addition to this policy.
