Every post you publish sends people back to your profile. In about three seconds, your bio has to answer: who are you, who do you help, where, and what should I do next? Here is a formula and 40 examples to borrow from.
The realtor bio formula
- Line 1, who and where: “Realtor helping first-time buyers in Austin.”
- Line 2, proof or personality: “150+ homes sold” or “Coffee-fueled condo expert.”
- Line 3, call to action: “Free buyer guide below” or “DM ‘HOME’ to start your search.”
- Line 4, compliance: brokerage name and license number where your state requires it.
Use the name field too. “Jess Park | Austin Realtor” is searchable on Instagram. “Jess Park” alone is not.
